1. The Logic Behind the Indicator
This indicator was developed by the admin based on algorithmic logic. Fundamental features such as Bollinger Bands, Ichimoku, EMA/SMA ADX DI, RSI, and Stochastic have all been integrated. However, these are not the core strengths of this indicator; they are merely supplementary tools that investors can use based on their personal preferences.
The core components of this indicator set include an upgraded Aroon, multi-timeframe MACD, enhanced HMA, extreme phase tracking, and most notably, Liquidity Theory for day trading.
Tradevietstock’s Liquidity Theory is based on the principle that market makers seek liquidity to push or offload prices. For example, when a market maker wants to drive prices up, they need a large volume of Buy orders to create buying pressure (demand exceeding supply) in the most cost-efficient way.
To achieve this, they trigger Stop Loss (SL) orders from the selling side, because the SL of a Sell order is actually a Buy Stop. When multiple Buy Stop orders are activated, buying pressure automatically surges, while supply also increases, allowing the price to continue rising without excessive resource consumption from the market maker.
In reality, market makers do not intentionally hunt retail traders’ Stop Losses; their goal is simply to push prices up using all available tools and resources. However, this process inadvertently triggers the Stop Losses of many retail traders, a phenomenon commonly known as a “Stop Hunt.”
2. Applicable Markets
This top 1 technical indicators for futures trading can be applied to almost all types of markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, CFDs, and Forex. When trading in the spot market, you can disable the Day Trading mode for a more suitable setup.

1. Activating Essential Components
Step 1: Enable the Momentum Indicator
To use the Top 1 technical indicators for futures trading, firstly, you have to turn on the Zero Lag Aroon indicator and keep the default settings.
Step 2: Enable Day Trading Mode
Activate the first three checkboxes: Buy/Sell signals, Breakout signals, and Liquidity Zones.
Next, enable the FIBO Zones and ATR Range.
2. Entry Signals
a. Basic Entry (Stable Performance)
The fundamental approach when using this indicator is to execute BUY/SELL orders based on the available signals. Specifically, a green X represents a Buy order, while a yellow X indicates a Sell order. It’s that simple.
Additionally, for optimal risk management, you should risk only around 2% of your total account balance per trade and maintain a Risk-to-Reward (R:R) ratio of at least 1:2.
Keep in mind that higher R:R ratios require greater skill and some level of luck, so it’s best to set a reasonable R:R target (1:2 or 1:3).
b. Advanced Entry (Higher Risk)
For advanced entries, you won’t rely on the default Buy/Sell signals from the indicator. However, this method carries higher risk, so you need to adjust your risk exposure and develop strong trading psychology.
You will take advantage of breakout points from the ATR range while also monitoring momentum indicator crossovers. As shown in the example below, the price breaks out of the ATR range, and multiple downward crossovers occur in the momentum indicator. This forms a strong setup for a Sell position.
c. Applying to the Spot Market
As seen in the image below, after a stock breaks out of the ATR range, combined with downward momentum indicator crossovers, it clearly signals that the stock is entering a downtrend phase.
The Extreme Phase, marked in red, signals a strong downtrend. The best strategy here is to wait for the red phase to end, along with upward momentum indicator crossovers.
Once the downtrend ends, the stock price rebounds sharply, breaks out of the ATR range again, and multiple upward momentum crossovers occur. This indicates that the stock has formed a long-term bottom and is preparing for a bullish phase.

Additionally, you can apply the advanced trading strategy of this indicator by utilizing breakout points, the ATR range, and momentum indicator crossovers. The most crucial element to watch for is the Extreme Phase, as it serves as a key signal to maximize your profit potential throughout the entire price wave.
2. Determining Exit Points
Many investors struggle with knowing when to take profit. This is why the Extreme Phase, along with momentum indicator crossovers and ATR range breakouts, plays a crucial role in this indicator.
With the Best Technical Indicator for Futures Trading, exit points are determined based on the Extreme Phase. When the indicator activates the Extreme background (green/red) and then deactivates it, this signals the optimal moment to consider closing your position.
- In a downtrend, the Extreme Phase appears in red.
